Before printing your project, one of our designers will send you a proof for your approval and your order will print exactly as shown on your final proof. Therefore, it is very important you check the accuracy of your spelling, capitalization and/or improper grammar; we will not take responsibility for any approved proofs.
We do not guarantee any color matching or exact color print. We keep our equipment calibrated to offer the closest match possible, but slight color variations should be considered acceptable and will not be considered production mistakes. We use out best judgment, based on years of experience, to get the best color from each print. In the event you need an exact color match, please use a local sign company that will be able to visually match your color.
Your order will ship when we promise it will ship, or the shipping will be free.
Free shipping is currently limited to banner orders of $81.00 greater and shipping to the contiguous United States. Orders to other countries, Alaska, and Hawaii and not covered by this offer. Sorry!

Refunds and no charge reprints due to errors by the client are not provided in these instances.
