Shipping Details

 

Your order will ship when we promise it will ship, or the shipping will be free. 

Free shipping in the banner section is coming soon. Stay tuned.

 (Certain Promotional Offers are Excluded from the Free Shipping Offer).

  FedEx and UPS Ground & Expedited Shipping options are not free.

Processing time is the amount of time (number of business days) required to produce and package your order. The day your order is received is not counted. In addition, weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.

Shipping time is the number of business days in transit by FedEx or UPS, after the package has been picked up at our production facility. The day that the package is picked up from our facility is not counted in the number of days.

The sum of processing time and shipping time (in business days) is the total amount of time it will take for your order to arrive. Please plan accordingly.

Please Note:
* Shipping estimates for Free and FedEx or UPS Standard are only estimates and are not guaranteed.
* Processing and shipping time for UPS Ground orders are guaranteed. If we don't ship by the time we say that we'll ship, then your shipping is free.
* Processing and shipping times for three-day select, two-day air, and overnight air are guaranteed. If your order does not arrive by the committed time, your shipping will be free.
* Please consult our checkout screen and your receipt for the number of business days in production and shipping. You will be provided a delivery date on your receipt that is sent upon order confirmation.

Additional Note:
BallyHOOBanners.com is not responsible for special or consequential damages. Your sole remedy in the event of a delayed order is the rebate of any shipping charges. In any event, and without limitation, we shall never be liable to you for an amount greater than the amount you paid us for a particular order.



RETURN POLICY


Our banners, and signs are guaranteed to be 100% satisfactory. Please keep in mind that after you receive your proof  emailed from one of our designers, your order will print exactly as shown on your final proof. 

We want you to be completely satisfied with any product you ordered from BallyHooBanners.com. Orders will be replaced only if the error is the fault of BallyHooBanners.com. Refunds and no charge reprints due to errors by the client are not provided in these instances.
